I dunno, but just saw a great blog post about this conundrum, sorta. It was about billing for stuff that before used to take a long time, but now you can do easily. Dan somebody (I thought it was Wilson, but I don't see it on his blog) wrote it. The link is lost in the sands of time. :-( :Den
