Combine this with the laws in many places that allow police to
confiscate your property for "evidence" and the ones that allow them to
sell your belongings after the fact, and there is no way this won't be
abused. It already is. Woohoo. New source of income for your local PD!

That is really scary.
I know there are folks who say , " Well if you are not involved in drugs why
worry" ...but it can be used for so much more.
The rights and protections are there for a reason.
