The easiest way to defeat any missile defense system is simply to flood the thing with decoys. Its not all that hard - just have a lot of mylar balloons with the same approximate radar signature. Then it becomes a major crap shoot, with the chances of hitting the real warhead at 1000 to 1 or worse.
