I try not to buy anything from best buy, if this was at circuit city they would
have given me a new one on the spot, or if it would have been bought through
apple with applecare, but it was a present, I didn't have a choice.

Check out www.consumerist.com for all sorts of horror stories dealing with
Best Buy. From people being arrested for complaining, to managers hiding in
their offices to one woman's story of buying a hard drive, only to get home
and find out the box was filled with rocks, and then Best Buy refusing
Give them the biggest earfull you can and tell them I'll coome kick their
butts if they don't take care of you.
