My iPod gave up the ghost yesterday when the hard drive failed. I'm not sure if that's so uncommon. Luckily whenever my mother-in-law bought it, she purchased a 4 year warranty for $39.99. I took it into Best Buy today. They plugged it in to make sure mine was dead. Five minutes later I was wal
