Hm...my take on it was - pay to send me these books and I'll give you
my cc number to recoup your costs. But, it's hard to say for sure. The
English is rather convoluted.
By the way, people in Nigeria speak excellent English - at least those
in Lagos and most major cities do.

Does anybody know how this con works? It looks fundamentally similar
to the other Nigerian cons, but it's inverted -- the guy's claiming he
