Personally, nesting tables adds a layer of complexity but it's sometimes very useful. However I think you might try Stephen's observation first: --- You're missing a cellspacing="0" on your second table, but otherwise looks fine in DW, CFStudio 5 and IE5.5. That's without the styles, so
