along.

A defendant who allegedly entered another woman’s apartment, accessed her
computer and posted two ads containing her phone number on Craigslist’s
Casual Encounters section stating that the woman was willing to engage in
sex can be prosecuted for criminal harassment.

Quincy District Court Judge Mark S. Coven issued the ruling.

The first Craigslist posting informed the reader that the alleged victim was
looking to perform oral sex, while the second expanded the proposed sexual
conduct to include intercourse.

As a result of the ads, the alleged victim received approximately 70 phone
calls and five text messages between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
