Vegans on the other hand completely avoid animal products as well as food
stuffs such as leather and fur.  Even with those I know that claim
otherwise, I have found vegans to be more of a political movement than a
health movement.  The ones I know are members of Earth First or PETA.  They
espouse the morally wrongness of eating meat as opposed to the health
benefits of abstaining.
