yeh..
some how our novell guys where trying to block gtalk in gmail...
the best they could do was do a pop up to log you in then block the
connected icon...
but not the functionality
thank you google...
now if google offerd a proxy server..

After you got gtalk in gmail, everytime you would mouse over the
senders email address, it would pop up this box overtop the email
message. The box would contain links to email the person or invite
them to change and whether or not to display them in your quick
contacts list.
