I bought a PC before Christmas and got a coupon for a Vista Business upgrade. I filled in the coupon, did the email thing, faxed in the coupon with a copy of my invoice. Weeks later, still no Vista.
I read a story that MSFT had outsourced the whole upgrade coupon redemption operation and that the entire thing has turned into a giant cluster. Apparently they didn't expect so many people to turn in their upgrade coupons.
