So what was going on yesterday? No clue. I rebooted after an update and all of a sudden IIS was not starting. It had all of these new requirements and one of them, the httpssl didn't want to start. After looking for a solution, uninstalling IIS, reinstalling it, etc. etc. etc. I finally just unins
