I got this response in reply to a spam complaint to the sending ISP:
Dear Sirs,
The fraudulent messages are probably sent by some criminal nigerian customers of
our Cybercafes.
As the sources of these offending messages are several Cybercafes of whom we
are the ISP, it will take some time befor
::gasp:: taking responsibilty?
