So I get these emails are part of a massive drip campaign ( I
subscribe to about 10 different politicians and groups) but I wonder
if the mailing house is getting a cut like the telemarketers who get a
big cut for donation to the police departments etc?

Either way, I think this is the dulling of America, through emails one
at a time the relevance is being lost and value minimized.

I remember last year I clicked on one of the links in a "give me money
email", but didn't actually send money. Some day I get a phone call
from a "campaign volunteer" asking "Did I need help completing the
transaction"?
