I cleared it with command and they have no problem with giving the town
name. It is no secret we are here. They have already attacked this base a
few times this year, but since the unit we are replacing has done such a
great job of improving our image, the attacks have pretty much stopped. The

The river yes ... one side looks more green than the other - but it's mostly
looks like fields carved out of nothingness. All straight lines and narrow.
Really really weird looking patchwork farmland. Wish the sat pictures showed
more detail. Fascinating to "visit" another country.

We finally made it to our patrol base. It is a train station that we
converted to a place for us to live and work. Although we have no real
amenities other than a gym and MWR facility, we actually like it here. We
are anxious to get to work now. The area is very nice with a lot of
