ick. Reminds me of when I was commuting into DC from Matinsburg WV and
Cigna -- I think it was Cigna -- told me I had to get my boot cast
from a West Virginia provider because that was where I lived. And the
nearest WV provider was in Charleston, a full day's drive away :)

So I've started my new job. Great new job, like new job very much!
I went to fill out the paperwork for medical bennies today, could not
find provider #'s for any of our Dr's (kids or mine or wife's).
Called Dr's, they said they don't accept the provider. Nobody in the
area does!
