I'm not too sure about PLN. From what I remember reading the speeds are

I think I had mulitple issues, here are the changes that seemed to do
it. Hub1 is the main hub with net acces. Hub2 is the wireless 'sub' hub.
First, I had to change IPs. Both hubs were using the same IP.
Hub2 - switched it from Gateway mode to Router mode.
Hub2 - turned off DHCP
