Guess what, it's a feature.
No, really.
If you double click on the borders of the task manager, the buttons/tabs go
away. You have to double click the border to make them return.
Wow, smart UI design. Probably the same guys who said, "Let's use the Star

You use the Start button to
START stopping the machine..
