A year or two ago we were talking about a government agency installing
software on ISP servers. It would grab emails and red flag the ones
that had topics considered dangerous to the US.
Does any one remember this?

Thats right. So when did they pull the plug on it and what did they
put in its place?
There used to be an official site for it but I can't find it now.
