A friend just pointed me in the direction of this really nice
collection of early Bob Dylan recordings on NPR. The new release is
called the Whitmark Demos 1962-64 and they are some fascinating, rough
versions of his earliest work. Really nice stuff.

I have been commuting into San Francisco and the Valley the last
couple of weeks and once I cross the mountains I have to scan because
my presets don't work any more. I keeping finding old Joe Satriani. I
am not sure if it's the same station that plays him a lot, but it's
*great* freeway music
Been jamming Cypress Hill, Beastie Boys, Vanilla Ice, etc.. today.
