Just because it is a 64-bit OS doesn't mean that you need a 64-bit editor unless you need to allocate large amounts of ram to open huge files. I'd have her stick with what she knows. If she really does decide to try something new, I'd go for Aptana. For html, css and js, it is really quite nice. I
