I think if you get a 404 error it's a sign you got the password correct but too many people are trying to hack the system. That a happened me at level 3.

Are you sure you're talking about the same page? Putting in "hannover" leads to a 404 page. I believe we're all talking about the page that says "SECURITY LEVEL 8" on it. Is that the same page you're referring to?
