I had the same problem with 2.3.0.0 on this computer but my other one works
just fine. When I downgraded this one back to 2.2.0.0 it all started working
fine again.

I'm not having any problems with 2.3.0.
Are these trackers you're hosting, or are you unable to connect to
remote trackers?
