The text-size changer widget doesn't seem to work right.I can upsize
the text, but can't go the other direction (IE 6 - WinXP).
To reproduce:
Click on the About Us link, then click the text-size widget to make
the text as large as possible.When the page finishes reloading, then
click a
have.

The test size I'll fix. it's keeping both on the same URL (it needs to
eliminate existing text size URL vars before adding more).
As to style sheet: the main reason is that some of this code is nearing 6
years old.;^)I've been incrementally upgrading parts, but haven't gotten
around to that
