I got a copy of Cubase for Christmas along with an M-Audio Audiophile 2496
to do some professional stuff. Right now, I am running my Strat through a
1/4 inch jack hookup to USB, and it creates an audible hum on the line that
my noisegate cannot suppress.

i may be dumping a ton of analog odder synths here in a bit.
wait to see if the job market changes.
