Adam, Travelocity does have what I was looking for, but I just looked and it
doesn't have very good prices for the routes I'm looking at. I'll have to
keep trying I guess...

Travelocity has what you're looking for. The default on the search box to
the left is "my dates are flexible".
I've tried a few travel sites, and generally I like Travelocity's web
application the best, from a usability standpoint. The deals aren't bad
either.
