When I did it, I found that I had to use an icon program to make the
graphic. Apparently its not exactly a regular gif so photoshop didnt do
it
for me. Also, in ie, often it wouldnt show up,

Even with IE and an icon that's demonstrably within the size
requirements, it's not 100%. I believe I have one on the New Epoch
site, but in my experience whether or not it shows is 50/50 or worse.
