My concern is that an oh-so-crafty Saddam has had plenty of time to hide all his WMD production facilities by now. So, he lets in the inspectors, even cooperates with them, and they find n-o-t-h-i-n-g. Saddam makes the US and UN look like fools. The inspectors go away. He unpacks the stuff. And
