I've been watching the OS for a while; but haven't tried it out.
In the very beginning they were saying that they wanted to build a
windows compatible OS. All those claims and promises quietly went away
before their first release. Now days their newsletter(s) do the occasional

test new OSs as far as I'm concerned).
It's not bad, but definitely not "windows" - I really don't think that it's
quite ready as a Windows replacement however. It still lacks polish and

You know...that's a rather good point you have there!
Which leads me to believe that there is a lot more to the case than just
trademarking a common item name. :)
