Most of what I saw was functionality and not presentation.
The date field for birthday was the first thing that threw me... I did not
understand how it worked.
Then the instrument selection was huge! While I was impressed with the
selection, there should be some way to
Ditto on the birthday field and the instrument selectors.
Also, I don't understand why I should be required to enter my phone
numbers, which I'm not real comfortable giving out unless absolutely
necessary.
