Is "Voluntarism" a real word?
I don't mind the italics so much, but the drop shadow is a bit
distracting being so far offset, apart from that it's quite nice.

Looks pretty good. The text areas need more padding. They feel really
cramped right now and more air will make it feel more elegant and
prestigious. The white body background and the white content area feels
weird and unfinished.
On a funny note, when I read "Empowering women to improve life in th
I like the general look and feel. I'm annoyed that I have to scroll past the
big ol' mission statement on every page. I don't like that on the bottom
there's the three underlined phrases, but they aren't links. I wanted to be
able to click them.

The italics on the green labels (purpose membership etc) make it look a
little odd.
The middle address doesn't line up well with the copyright, which makes the
bottom look off-balance.
On inner pages, the green text seems to be underlined instead of italicized.
That's all I saw in a quick look.
