Subject: Sniper trials
So now there are news reports that the govt knew the chemist who
testified in the John Muhammad sniper trial kept a sloppy office and has
made racial statements repeatedly in the past.
There's finger-pointing over why the defense wasn't told.
Wonder if this will result in crucial evidence (residue shows gun was
fired from inside car trunk) being thrown out, a mistrial declared, and
a twisted serial killer freed?
