A political site making fun of Gray Davis (CA gov) won a lawsuit by eBay trying to
force them down.
So they don't always win.
But I think if they find out about it, they need to at least threaten to sue, or else
they have not "protected" their trademarks or copyrights.
Pretty sure internal uses are ok. We've done a lot of marketing materials
for internal purposes that use copyrighted songs, and our higher ups aren't
the type to let that go unless it was checked out for legality ...
Of course, nothing is for sure ... :)

Beth, we do the same thing at CMC, but for surplus items. I used
xcauctions and I wanted to call it CMCBay. My manager made me change it,
