issue the cfexecute net start cf I believe the same is true if

To restart the server, i'm pretty sure it's a case of cfexecuteing a
rundll command something like
rundll user.ex
Restarting cf is easy, use to send net stop/start "Service
name Here".
I'm not sure if there is a command line method of rebotting a machine,
but if there is you can use cfexecute to do it, or write a batch file
that CF kicks off.

I recall long time ago Pre-2000 days that there was a command line that
would invoke the reboot process.
If you can find that command, you might be able to use it with CFEXECUTE
