Thanks to everyone f
Another thing to check is to make sure you have the latest firmware. I
have the same setup and had a similar problem where I was having to
reset almost daily. A trip to linksys' website and some new firmware
seems to have fixed this problem for me.

I had a really similar problem when I had the same linksys as you do. The solution was to move it away from the cable modem -- at least 6 feet. My new router is a lot more forgiving than the Linksys was in this regard, but it's no where near as tidy and that's a big problem for a cable-tidy-neat-f
I have a Netgear FM114P 5-in-1:
router, switch, firewall, printserver, WAP
couple year old design
parallel printer port for server,
only 802.11b 11Mbps WiFi (but that's still
way faster than my cable modem).
Has 4 wired ports which can bridge to wireless,
so my WiFi laptop can transfer files to/f
The SMC Barricade is pretty good, offers the same feature set, but is a bit
cheaper. Asante also offers some good Cable/DSL routers for fairly cheap.
