Not sure about the distance... but yes, you can have 2 or 3 sets hooked up
to one dish (each tv needs a receiver tho).

I have had DirecTV for about 5 years. I only signed up with them becasue I
wanted...make that needed...NFL Sunday Ticket. I can honetly say that in
those 5 years, I can count on 1 hand the number of times we lost our signal
for longer than 15 minutes due to weather. I have never really ahd an i

My summer cable company (out at the campground at the lake) just told me to
return my cable box, as they are only going to allow basic cable without a
box for us now. just the tv as the tuner.
