I'd suggest looking into PhotoFun.  They offer a lot of services for free
and they have more services available for a fee.  To give a quick blurb,
they offer (for free) they have unlimited disk storage for photos.  Pictures
are uploaded and grouped into digital "rolls" which can be viewed
independently.  You can then use their templates to build albums,
scrap-books, websites, greeting cards, invitations, slide shows and screen
savers.  The fee service includes domain hosting, Front Page publishing and
web-based editing of pages.

.. oh, and as a side bonus, it's a CF site.
