I got mine via my HMO (Kaiser) from a medical equipment supplier named
Apria Healthcare. The CPAP brand is Respironics.

Speaking of CPAP - is it possible to buy one outright? I have some problems with my insurance and I know I need one, I would love to just buy one myself if it's reasonable and possible.
