Ummm, I am embarrassed to say this, but when our lights out board failed yesterday, apparently it reset the time and date. So all those events were actually for yesterday/today. Thanks guys.

You might need to clear it out. IIRC, there's a max size for the event log.

I think it was restarting and got hung up on the reboot. The Event viewer is showing old entries for some reason.

There are no System Log events in the viewer since December 2002. I tried to refresh it, no more entries.

Look at the System logs for the following:

Regular shutdowns are registered in the event log.
