I need to convert a set of Geophysics reports from human readable to XML. No
biggy, I worked out the XML and the Schema.
Where can I host the schema publicly and freely? This is a pro bono project
with no budget or resources.

Maybe, but it tops out at 8 weeks. I was looking for a more long term solution.
If the ultimate result was an open source project, I would use SourceForge.
That isn't in the offing, however.
