I actually would like to use smartermail & smarterstats since those are what are on my other server and my clients are used to them but I would assume they would have a hard time running on a mac server ;)~ If i could find a way to effectively use them with vmware on there then I would consider

At my last position, we used Eudora mail server (had been spun off from Qualcomm, but retained the name). It was OK. I'm not sure if it's still available, but I remember it as being easy to use and reasonably cheap. We supported a pretty large number of domains with that and a Barracuda spam
