still has the urges, but has never smoked since. It wasn't easy on him, but

Just an aside. BF's sister is on Chantrix. She won't drink because consuming
alcohol whilst taking the drug, intensifies suicidal and homicidal urges. No
kidding. She read it on the warnings.
Paul, are you drinking alcohol when taking Chantrix? Perhaps it's not
helping the already messed up bits b
My outlet is riding. When I have had a bad week or even a bad day, I
will load the quad into the truck, drive for about 15 minutes to El

and clear my head, and sometimes I have come up with good ideas on a

Bro, you
It's really the second part which takes care of the anger. You can get
the same effect from meditation, or running, or whatever. The beating
of the bag (man, that sounds wrong phrased like that) is a focus and a
way to reduce the *immediate* effects of anger, but in and of itself
doesn't do m

I used wellbutrin/zyban when I quit - had the same effect; it's the
drug in a lot of ways man. You're suffering from the physical
withdrawl symptoms now so you don't have them when you put down the
sticks.
I kept taking my pills for about a month after my quit date and then

Bro, you need a hobby. My parent still don't understand why I love surfing,
and they continue to badger my wife (funny that they will not bring it up to
me) about quitting and "getting serious" about my career.
What they don't appreciate is that surfing is my outlet. If I am frustrated,
burned out
a thought that helped me -- the first three days will be kinda hard.
If you start smoking again you will have to go through them again.

the just want to fight part is normal for nicotine withdrawal; at
