for a long time, so it's possible they've changed the reel change
markers since
'tis possible you were seeing the "reel-change" markers. AFAIK they
occur every 13-15 minutes.
'tis also possible you were just seeing a bad print. I'd tend to think
the former tho' not so much the latter.
