screen and it locks the second beep is when the hit DEL for set
Classic overclock symptom. Best bet to relieve it is probably upping the
voltage slightly in the BIOS if you can. I don't think it's cooling since
it's happening so soon. And it's probably not bad memory since it posts.
Overheating and memory problems typically don't show up until you run a
stress

Just because Gel is a little weird doesn't mean he's in a weird time
zone.
I'm -4 G.M.T. which is basically Eastern Time Zone with no daylight
savings ;-)
Anyways..
You get the first POST beep..and then the machine doesn't go further
from there.
Video card or memory would be my gues
