Actually, Nugroho contacted me off-the-list about doing this in CFWebstore and it looks like it should be a good fit. My software already has a vendor-specific product upload function built in so with a little modification, it shouldn't be hard to build an Etsy-like site in it. We did something similar at samplerewards.com.
