Unfortunately a few have spoiled it for the many. I know that I have had

with bad experiences etc. There have been several instances of
consultants neglecting the work due to the fact they took several remote
assignments etc.
Technology is getting to the point that this is not the case. That being
said most teams are simply not that mature and can not handle a single
telecommuting associate. I know many of us like to point fingers at
managers, its easy, but it really is more us the developers and team leads
