To test if her browser is getting and saving cookies, surf to
www.cnn.com and www.msnbc.com, both attempt to drop a cookie and if no
cookie is present a small popup window will come up asking for your area
code or some such message. It's a pretty good way to see if cookies are
getting sav
If she's on IE6, check her security and privacy settings. It's possible
your cookies are considered insecure for various reasons. See if there's an
"eye" image appearing in her browser status bar and double-click it if there
is one. It'll have details on the problem.

You might have her try clearing her cache, delete her
temp Internet files and cookies, etc?
We've had to do that before to reset the way it stored
the cookies. For some reason or other they got
currupted.
