Yeah, you need enterprise to use CFCProxy.
I thought they were meant to fix this in 8, under the whole 'Standard
is the same as Enterprise, just with limitations'

Does the Text Area have new lines in it. I remember reading about
there being an issue with JS and Textarea with afajaxproxy when the
text has newlines.
