Many organizations today have an architecture such that you have a firewall
on the outer perimeter then webservers and then the next perimeter is of
second firewall. Organizations are demanding that Application Servers such as
ColdFusion be kept behind the second firewall.

I have a page in my application which I do not wish to cache. I have put the
META tag to prevent caching as follows:
META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="Fri, Jun 12 1981 08:20:00 GMT"
META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache"
META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma:no-cache"

You can do this using CFDIST.EXE; there are instructions for setting this
up in the CF documentation under "Administering the ColdFusion Server".
However, I'd recommend against doing this, especially in a production
environment.
