Studio Removing Last Character

Every once in a while when studio (4.5.2) opens a document, it deletes the last character if there isn't any spaces or line breaks after it. ie: /CFIF turns into /CFIF Anyone else having this problem? Is there any fixes or does anyone know what causes it to do this? Thanks John
